Mixer Map Directions
​
Below are the driving instructions and entry gate for SONY. 
Enter and/or park via the Culver/Motor gate (using GPS Address 10343 Culver Blvd). 
All guests will need a government-issued ID to present to Security for entry.
The security guard will have your name. If you registered with guests – please make sure we have ALL individual names.
Be sure to allow around 20+ minutes from arrival at Sony to get through security, park, and walk to Calley Park on the lot.
There will be directional signs to guide you walking.

How to do QUICK CHECK-IN! 

STEP 1

• Find your "Thanks for joining us for the 2025 Big Ten Club Summer Mixer!"  Confirmation E-mail
  
  
• The PDF Receipts are per transaction.
  Example: If you did 2 orders. You will look for 2 "Thank You" emails. 
  
  
• Go down the email and click the Your PDF Receipt 

STEP 2

• Open the PDF scroll down and find the Confirmation PDF 1 link. 
  
  
• If you have several participants on your PDF Receipt, they should be listed in order down the receipt. Participant 1, 2, etc. 
  
  
• On Your Computer: A file will be downloaded to your default download folder
  ​
  
• On Your Phone: A window will open on your phone.

STEP 3

• On that page you will see a QR code that you can enlarge on a phone or print out and bring to the event.
  
  
• There will be a QR code for each Participant so you will have several links to show at check-in.

MIXER MENU

Upon registration you will receive 1 complimentary drink ticket and a raffle ticket.
Additional drinks and food are available for purchase at great Happy Hour pricing!

Happy Hour food/bar ends at 7:30pm.
