Hello Big Ten Club Members,
I hope you all had a great 4th of July! Our Independence Day Eve celebration with the Annual Hollywood Bowl event was phenomenal. Josh Groban did not disappoint. It was nice to see some familiar faces and new friends!
The next event this summer is the Big Ten Beach Party on July 20th. It's always a lot of fun in the sun with your favorite midwest folks! We have a ton of RSVPs already, so be sure to join!
I'll be off to Chicago for the Big Ten Media Days at the end of the month. I live in the suburbs now so downtown Chicago does require a bit of travel;) Joan and Brian will be joining me and returning with reports on the upcoming B1G Football Season.
They will also be hauling back some goodies for the 67th Annual Caucus with our Tournament of Roses friends on Wednesday, August 7th. Mark your calendar for this marquee event!
The Big Ten Club will also be joining the Orange County and San Diego Badgers for a Day at the Races on August 4th. Del Mar Race track is a fabulous setting for mixing and mingling with Badgers and other Big Ten Club members.
We are closing out the summer with a Big Ten Day at Dodger Stadium- August 26th. We have field level seats and a networking section. Ditch work early and meet up at the Short Stop before the game.
For updates on these events and what's happening with the club, you can always go to www.bigtenclub.com.
Wishing you all coolness in the heat of the summer!
