BIG TEN CLUB
The Big Ten is the largest conference in the nation when it comes to living alumni with 4.6 million thanks to its 12 great schools. The Big Ten also leads in total undergraduate enrollment with over 300,000. All of this explains why you tend to meet fellow alums all over the world.  BTC Night at the Hollywood Bowl Recap It was another fantastic night at the Hollywood Bowl for the Big Ten Club with good weather, good food and good friends. It was great to share the evening with the Nebraska Alumni Association who stayed true to their reputation and showed up in force. The entertainment was excellent with classic television stars singing some of the best TV songs that we have come to know and love. Some of the highlights included Florence Henderson singing The Brady Bunch theme as well as Dick Van Dyke’s hip hop rendition of “A Spoonful of Sugar”. The Bowl nights have become a shining example of the kinds of events our club can accomplish. Big thanks to Len Roth and the Nebraska Club for organizing and supporting this outing! Big Ten Beach Party Recap Good times had by well over 100 Big Ten friends at this year's Big Ten beach party in Santa Monica. JoePa even showed up. Big Ten Club Contact Cards - Now Available  Big Ten Club Members -- We printed brand new Club business cards for our members to have and pass out to interested parties and prospective members. We also established a permanent BTC mailing address and phone number for contacts. Besides welcoming our newest Nebraska members, these cards are excellent for chance meetings and to get people interested in the Big Ten Club. Big Ten Club Website – Help Wanted Our Webmaster Steven Green will be President next year, and he'll have plenty to do for the Club. We are thinking of redoing the website and asking for a volunteer who can add content regularly and keep it updated. This is a very important part of our updated Communication plan, and help here would be very useful and greatly appreciated. The ideal person would have web design experience, a little graphic art knowledge and 3-4 hours a month available to help the Club.
