Looking for a "Superstar" –an honest, team oriented leader who is both an excellent human being and experienced attorney (10 years+) to serve as Vice President and Chief Counsel of a Fortune 100 Company which has an immensely strong presence in Chicago.
Ideally, the right person has a combination of brains, personality, major law firm and in-house experience. Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of LAN and WAN
